Sound with Sylvia
Sylvia Massy, renowned sound engineer to the Rock gods, will host this episode of the Quest for the Best, exploring the following questions with local experts.
What are the current leading-edge sound technologies? What’s the best strategy for creating exquisite sound for video in the space? How do we maximize the quality of the audience experience? Who provides the best sound equipment in the Valley? The show follows the progress as we analyze, unbox and install the very best sound system.
Video World
From miniature plays to live concerts, from podcasts to cooking shows, the design challenge is to equip the studio with the most intelligent and sophisticated video setup for easily creating beautiful and immersive videos of any type on the fly.
The challenge is to setup an AI controlled video platform that staff and students can use to gracefully capture anything that happens in the Launchpad Lounge and turn it into stunning media content.
The Stage and
Set Design
Working with limited space, what innovative ways can we create a modular stage and set that can quickly be transformed to accommodate any type of live entertainment or event?
OSF actors will help create a world-class miniature stage for performing artists.
Local bar designers will help set up the gorgeous bar and restaurant set.
Lighting engineers will help establish a “flip the switch” lighting and projection system for generating any type of mood in an instant.
In these episodes we’ll strategize, unbox and install the best tech for the most versatile miniature set and stage in existence.
